Yet they so often are ignored. And when they are, the cost is enormous to shareholders and other stakeholders of firms involved.

  • Invest with a thesis - Acquisitions are growth strategies.
  • Successful deals have an investment thesis that is founded on a firm's portfolio needs and basis of competition.
  • Ask the big questions - Focus on the few, big questions in due diligence that test the investment thesis.
  • Integrate where it matters - Prioritize getting at the key sources of value. Gain more by integrating less.
  • Plan for contingencies - Know what you can and cannot do and prepare for things to go wrong. They will.

Through the combination of integration efficiencies and innovations, along with the strategic use of global brands, we will quickly build a Consumer Tech powerhouse.
 
This enterprise will compete as one of the top three global companies. We will achieve a faster growth rate on earnings and revenue than our competitors.
 
Intellectual Property Portfolio
 
Falcon Group holds intellectual property rights in several areas, from renewable energy, electric motors and magnetics, hydroponics, network systems and processes, to memory and communications systems.
 
As we develop this enterprise, we will invest this IP as needed to accelerate the innovation and revenue/earnings of these companies.
